The place was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. There were interesting nostagic photos on the walls.
Loved the Dog Park/Picnic Area that they provide. The food was fresh and hot. The bathrooms were not super clean and they had some sort of leak coming down from the ceiling in the dining room with buckets to catch the water (3 star). I would have given them a lower rating because of that alone. But the food was good and we loved the Dog Park (5 star). So averaged to 4 stars.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! Thanks to the drive through attendant our order was completely wrong wrong wrong!!! The patties on the burgers was cold the fries were half cooked we ordered cheese on the burgers and didn't get it. My daughter's burger had hair on it. We we're stuck with this because we were passing through on our way home to Dallas and would've had to make a 20mile turn around. What a waste of time and money and we were completely dissatisfied. And I'm still hungry... The place next door had all the business now I Know why!!! This dairy Queen is not living up to it's reputation. I really like Dairy Queen and I won't let this one ruin it's rep. Just beware!!!!
The food is fresh and tasty. 'the dude ' has long been one of my favorite fast food sandwich's and recommend it to all. The service here can be slow but that is mainly do to how busy it often is
Worst DQ I have EVER been to. Extremely unprofessional staff. I waited 31 minutes for my chicken strips in the drive through. I didn't receive so much as an apology for the delay. I wasn't wanting a refund, just an apology. Food wasn't even good. Super greasy and my bread looked like someone had stuck their finger through it and ripped a hole in it.
